Warehouse Coordinator

Provincial Smart Home Services is looking for an experienced warehouse coordinator to join our team!

Requirements

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a warehouse environment preferably in HVAC & Plumbing industry with knowledge of Equipment/Parts and warehouse inventory management system.
  • Minimum 2 years Data Entry experience.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

  • Work on inventory management system to track inventory stocks, moves and shipments.
  • Update Equipment Brand, quantity, model, Serials, and warranty information on CRM.
  • Register each installed HVAC & Plumbing equipment with manufacturer.
  • Maintain tracker for all warranty registered product.
  • Process equipment returns and removals for all warehouse locations.
  • Help team members to move equipment’s and organize in the warehouse section when needed.
  • Available to work on any given schedule.
